Ab Work Out!!! 3 Words you most undoubtedly cringe when you hear.
Ab Work Out – Ouch, there I said it again.
Sure there are those crazy people that love training abs but for the rest of us we just like the end result. This is why diet pills are such a huge industry – the majority of the people taking them are not looking to lose a ton of weight they are simply trying to expose those 6 (or more) hidden little muscles we call a six pack.
As a trainer for over 20 years I have tried every Ab Work Out that has come along, and although I stay in great T-Shirt shape as I call it all year round I recently went through a break up and being that I live in Florida that means back to the beach. The Beach!! Amazing how the months of excess can suddenly cause panic when putting on that bathing suit – no hiding the six pack that I drank which is now covering up the six pack that I want while I am in swim trunks. So this is where my voyage began – to find the ab work out that would actually once and for all get me glares of admiration and jealousy as I walked the beach. For you my loyal reader I endured endless hours of research, wasted tons of money on useless programs, and sat on the recumbent bicycle reading away.

Fast Abs Tip
Sit down and eat your food slowly!! Just like mom used to say.
Eating slowly actually causes your body to satiate or feel full sooner and with less food. Eating to quickly can override this chemical reaction causing you to ingest too much food. Also eating foods high in fiber can slow the process by causing you to chew more and creating additional chemical reactions.
Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, and Lean Meats are all great sources of fiber which take time to chew and will cause you to feel full with less caloric intake. When creating a great ab work out program you can’t forget how important food is.
So what does this say about liquids with a caloric value – stay away!! The occasional protein shake between meals (with very low if any carbs) are the exception. Eat your calories – drink your water, your body will thank you. Liquid calories in soda and juice are some of the most commonly underestimated when calculating daily caloric intake. You need to be especially careful to take into consideration what they consider a serving. I have looked at the label numerous times and thought – “Wow that’s not that bad” then I realized that one can was 2 or more servings. Sneaky.
So… Eat your food slowly – and don’t drink your calories. You are already on your way to fast abs and being the first one to strip down to your bathing suit (or less) at the next pool party.
Lower Abs Workout – What is the deal?
There are 3 main reasons your lower abs are all “bulged out”

2. Pelvis being tipped forward from weak muscles

As you can see it doesn’t matter how many hours of leg raises you do if you don’t attach the problem first you won’t achieve the result.
